A Little History…

In 1990, John and Ann Beutler opened an independent real estate brokerage in Coeur d’Alene, ID – John Beutler & Associates – with only a handful of real estate agents. The company acquired the CENTURY 21® franchise in 1997 and has grown into one of the most successful CENTURY 21® offices worldwide.

Our mission is to foster a real estate organization which is staffed with talented, knowledgeable professionals who stand by clients, colleagues and the community with integrity and an unparalleled consideration for the distinct needs and best interests of each.

Our Inland Northwest Network

No matter where you live in the Inland Northwest, we can make it happen for you! Our Inland Northwest Network spans two states; eastern Washington (Spokane and vicinity), and northern Idaho (Coeur d’Alene and vicinity).

The survey results are based on 1216 telephone interviews (online) with a national random sample of adults (ages 25-54) who are equal decision makers and who have bought or sold a home within the past two years or plan to purchase or sell a home within the next two years. Brand awareness questions are based on a sample of 1216 respondents with a margin of error of +/- 2.4% at 90% confidence level. The study was conducted between February 19th - October 7th, 2007 by Millward Brown, a leading global market research organization.
